Virginia-based Lansing Building Products leases 40,000 square feet of space at 595,000-square-foot Panattoni-developed Skyline Distribution Park on Brick Church Pike.
A Richmond, Va.-based national supplier of exterior building products has become the first tenant to lease space at the new Skyline Distribution Park on Brick Church Pike.
In November, Lansing Building Products will relocate its Nashville hardware store to 40,000 square feet of space at the recently completed warehouse park developed by Panattoni Development Co. Currently, Lansing Building Products sells exterior building products such as sidling and gutters through its location at 1643 Lebanon Pike Circle.
Skyline Distribution Park has 595,000 square feet of space in three buildings. When announced in fall 2015, the park that sits on 44 acres was touted as Davidson County’s first Class A warehouse product built without tenants in hand in more than six years.
At that time, Panattoni said Skyline Distribution Park should help to address a shortage of modern “infill” warehouse space within a three- to four-mile radius of downtown.
Bo Fulk and Jim Rodrigues of the JLL Nashville Industrial team are the listing brokers.
