As part of our acquisitions process, we employ in-house environmental risk management specialists who have a diverse background in risk management, insurance, Brownfield redevelopment, climate change and sustainability.
We also offer our clients a dedicated team to handle all aspects of disposing real estate assets. From asset valuation to project close-out, our experienced professionals can provide the right formula to complete the investment transactions.
As Panattoni garnered success in our original core competency, development, we created an asset management team to manage post development and acquisition holdings. With a total portfolio exceeding 80 million square feet in several asset classes, our asset managers are experts in implementing value creation and preservation strategies.
Our asset managers are not only responsible for asset allocation, risk management, and transaction supervision, but for managing the execution of asset level strategies. We manage each property as if it were our own business, by evaluating the assets and formulating a strategy that seeks to optimize the asset’s strengths and improve its weaknesses.
