Our history began as an industrial developer and that still remains true today. We have a proven track record in the development, construction, and management of industrial space. Since 2013, we have developed an average of +/- 35,000,000 square feet per year. A significant portion of Panattoni’s developments are build-to-suit assignments. We have completed over 211 million square feet of build-to-suit projects since inception. Clients include: BMW, Caterpillar,  Amazon, Best Buy, Georgia-Pacific, Bridgestone, Michelin, Volkswagen, and Whirlpool. We provide an in-house structure with experienced professionals to provide the skills and a comprehensive approach to meet the specific needs of the client. Those skills include: development, construction management, asset management and capital markets.
