Panattoni Development, Alston Construction Announce New Location

Alston Construction and Panattoni Development Company have moved to a new location in the heart of the Tacoma CBD at 1201 Pacific Avenue, Ste 1700 in Washington. Owned by Unico Properties, 1201 Pacific is Tacoma’s largest office tower, and the 25-story tower was originally known as Wells Fargo Plaza.

Founded in 1986 by Carl Panattoni, Panattoni Development Company, Inc., alongside their European and Canadian affiliates, ranks among the world’s largest privately held, full-service real estate development firms. With operations spanning 59 offices across the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. In the northwest region, Panattoni is currently developing more than 11.3 million square feet.

The Washington branch of Alston Construction builds facilities for Fortune 500 clients, such as Campbell’s Soup, Whirlpool, Cummins Engines, and Best Buy. Recently, the team successfully completed the Ashley Furniture project, significantly impacting both the local community and the Alston team. Their portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, from corporate offices and healthcare centers to food and beverage facilities, universities, warehouses, and distribution buildings.
