Bill Bullen serves as President - Chief Operating Officer for Panattoni Development Company’s United States operations. He is responsible for overseeing all operational functions for the Company and its 21 offices located throughout the United States.
Doug Roberts

Doug is currently the President, National Development Group. Doug also serves on the company Investment Committee. In addition, Doug serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Panattoni Development Company in North America for an international e-commerce company.
Doug brings over 34 years of knowledge and experience to Panattoni Development Company and was recently an equity partner for the state of Nevada. His expertise is in overseeing development managers, during preliminary and ongoing stages of the budget and throughout the construction process.
Doug’s professional development does not stop at land. He is active in several key professional organizations in an ongoing effort to advance his skills and the industry as a whole. These include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) (2015 President of the Reno Chapter), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Doug is also a current member of the city of Reno’s Building Enterprise Fund Advisory Committee, a City Council-appointed position. In addition to his professional affiliations, Mr. Roberts is a founding and current board member and past President of the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation (formerly known as the Keaton Raphael Memorial), an organization assisting families with children battling pediatric cancer, and is a current member and past President of the Reno Central Rotary Club.

Katina Woodbury

Katina serves as the Director of Human Resources for Panattoni Development Company. She provides oversight on strategic leadership and day-to-day management of recruitment, compensation, training, benefits and employee relations. Katina also serves as an internal consultant to management and employees on HR issues that affect performance and business relationships.

Bart’s notable projects include: 535,850 square feet at Des Moines Creek Business Park, 914,000 square feet for the Whirlpool Distribution Center and 1.5 million square feet at Rainier Park of Industry distribution center. Bart is a member and past president of NAIOP.

Johan Henriksen

Johan serves as one of the company’s Northeastern Partners. He oversees all business procurement, development management, leasing, and day-to-day operations for the Northeast. Since 2005, Johan has acquired more than 2,500 acres of land and has developed in excess of 25 million square feet of industrial projects. Johan is an active member of SIOR and NAIOP.
Todd King
Partner - Houston

Todd serves as the company’s Houston Partner. He oversees the firm’s industrial, office and build-to-suit activities for the Houston office. Todd has been responsible for more than 4.1 million square feet of development and redevelopment throughout his career including the recent 157,000 square foot build-to-suit for Cyrus One and a 420,000 square foot build-to-suit for Igloo. He has started construction on the firm’s largest Houston industrial initiative to date with the acquisition of 125 acres master planned project in Houston’s premier northwest industrial submarket. The site can accommodate 2 million square feet of distribution space.

Ian McDonald

Ian serves as one of the company’s Northeastern Partners, handling all phases of the acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing and disposition of the partnership’s opportunities in the northeast. Over the past 12 years, Ian has developed and leased over 13 million square feet of industrial, warehouse, distribution and manufacturing facilities across the United States and in the northeast. He’s also acquired and entitled over 2,000 acres of land for development. Ian is a member of NAIOP and SIOR.

Tim Schaedler

Tim Schaedler serves as a partner with Panattoni Development Company, one of the largest private industrial real estate development companies in the United States and Europe. Tim is responsible for the company’s development operations and investment decisions in the Northern California and Nevada markets. As partner, Tim oversees all aspects of development of office, industrial and retail projects as well as the supervision of staff personnel in three offices within the region. He manages underwriting investments, due diligence, arranging financing, development entitlements, architectural design, construction budgets, lease negotiations and dispositions. Tim has more than 23 years of experience in land entitlement, development, construction and leasing of office and industrial projects.
Over the past two decades, Tim has developed more than $1.5 billion of speculative and build to suit projects for Santa Clara County, Sacramento County, Nationwide Insurance, San Joaquin County, Berlin Packaging, Southern Wine and Spirits, Amazon, Dignity Health, BMW, Volvo, FedEx, JFC International, Loomis Armored, Facebook, Allogene Therapeutics, McKesson Corporation, Home Depot and Restaurant Depot.
In addition to his role at Panattoni, Tim serves on the Board of Directors for NAIOP, Sacramento Central Valley.
Currently in Northern California, Southern Nevada and Northern Nevada, Panattoni Development Company has more than ten million square feet planned on more than 600 acres with a value of over $1.5 billion.
